📌 1. No Return / No Refund Policy
Since our products are educational materials, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and shipped. We request all customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.
📌 2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
We understand that issues can occur during delivery. In case you receive:
A damaged product, or
A wrong product
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos or videos as proof
Order details
If any damaged / defective/exchange / replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days
📌 3. Replacement Policy
Replacement is only applicable for damaged or incorrect items
The product must be unused and in original condition
Replacement will be processed after proper verification
Return will be picked up within 2-3 days then only the new product will be dispatched
📌 4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refunds are not applicable once the product is shipped
In eligible cases (such as order cancellation before dispatch), refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
